  • Goods and Services: Digital items or services offered by Sellers on the Platform.

  • Wallet: An electronic account on LevelUpLegend used to manage payments between Buyers and Sellers.

  • Order: A request by a Buyer to purchase goods or services from a Seller.

  • Deal: A contract formed between a Buyer and Seller regarding the purchase of goods or services on LevelUpLegend.

  • Sanctions: Disciplinary actions taken by LevelUpLegend, which may include fines, rating reductions, or account suspension.

2. User Accounts and Data

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

  • LevelUpLegend processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3. Platform Functionality

  • LevelUpLegend acts as an intermediary, providing a secure environment for Buyers and Sellers to transact.

  • The Platform does not own or sell the goods and services listed; it only facilitates transactions and dispute resolution between Users.

  • Payments for orders are held securely until the Buyer confirms receipt of the purchased goods or services.

  • LevelUpLegend is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of goods and services offered by Sellers. Sellers are solely responsible for their listings and fulfillment.

4. Transactions and Dispute Resolution

  • Buyers place Orders by selecting offers and making advance payments from their LevelUpLegend Wallet.

  • Sellers must fulfill Orders within the agreed timeframe and conditions.

  • Buyers may cancel Orders at certain stages, with refunds processed according to the Platform’s policies.

  • If a dispute arises, Users may request arbitration through LevelUpLegend. The arbitration team will review the case and determine if a full or partial refund is warranted.

  • LevelUpLegend’s arbitration decision is final and binding for both parties.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Users must interact respectfully with each other and with LevelUpLegend representatives.

  • Sellers must provide accurate information in their listings and fulfill all agreed terms.

  • Users are prohibited from sharing or selling their LevelUpLegend accounts to third parties.

  • LevelUpLegend is not liable for any consequences arising from misuse of the Platform, including data loss, third-party software issues, or actions by game administrators.

6. Modifications and Termination

  • LevelUpLegend reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or other policies at any time by posting updated versions on the Website.

  • LevelUpLegend may remove or edit any content that violates laws, third-party rights, or is deemed inappropriate.
